Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, appropriate system access, compliance review, internal approvals, and final decisions about their clinic operations and marketing.

NORTHFRAME is not a medical, legal, compliance, or financial advisor. Clinics are responsible for ensuring their marketing, patient communications, and technology use comply with applicable healthcare, privacy, advertising, and professional rules.

NORTHFRAME owns its website, branding, frameworks, processes, templates, and pre-existing materials. Client ownership of custom deliverables, if any, is defined in the applicable service agreement.

NORTHFRAME may use or recommend third-party platforms for forms, scheduling, automation, CRM, messaging, analytics, content, or reporting. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NORTHFRAME is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from website use or service inquiries.

NORTHFRAME may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date when appropriate.
